1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping within India. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.


2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of your order. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

  • Free Shipping: Some products may qualify for free shipping. This will be explicitly mentioned on the product page if applicable.


3. Delivery Timeframes
We aim to process and dispatch your order within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days.
    Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays or public holidays.


4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment. If you do not receive tracking details, please contact us at info@geosum.in.


5. Shipment Delays
While we make every effort to meet the delivery timeframes, certain circumstances may cause delays. These may include unforeseen factors such as:

  • Strikes
  • Natural disasters
  • Courier delays
    We will notify you in case of any significant delay with your order.


6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@geosum.in. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Damaged Shipments: If you receive a damaged package, please retain the original packaging and notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damage to process your claim.
  • Lost Shipments: If a shipment is lost, we will file a claim with the courier service and either issue a replacement or refund, as per your preference.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. GEOSUM is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


8. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and warehouse locations. You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.


9. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, unclaimed package), we will notify you. You may choose to have the package re-shipped, but additional shipping charges may apply.


10. Changes to Shipping Policy
